Soon it's time for the User Forum Annual Meeting 2009

September 9-11, it's time to meet in Stockholm for The Four Rooms of Change User Forum. The User Forum consists of the more than 200 active and certified users of The Four Rooms of Change and its tools.

People who are presently under training to become certified are also members of the User Forum.

The purpose of the User Forum is basically to be the active network that will work for continuously developed quality towards the end customer or the end user.

The theme of the 2009 annual meeting is: The rooms, the movement and the crossings of the Four Rooms of Change – To better understand and affect them within oneself and in relation to others.

New this year: Invite a guest for parts of the meeting.

The tentative agenda will soon be available here.

User Forum 2008 gathers users of the Four Rooms of Change

On September 10 through 12, 45 active users of The Four Rooms of Change gathered in Stockholm to learn, exchange experiences, perform real client work on different workplaces and also to collaborate and have fun.

Day 2, September 12, morning

Most of the participants is working with clients. A small group is in a session on censorship and denial with Claes Janssen.

Key persons from the client systems are joining the group at Drottninggatan 55 for mutual feed-back and Learning Exchange. Approximately 60 people, consultants and clients, engaged in an intensively working meeting. The aftermath concluded that the day and the afternoon had been filled with learnings for all parties, everyone seemed to be bringing something home.

Afterwards a meal in the Four Rooms of Change office space.

After that there was a session for deepened learning around The Outsider Scale. Also, the last Open Space sessions were performed before closing. The 35th certification program

Part one of the 35th Sweden based Four Rooms of Change certification program started in June 2008. 13 participants from different corporations, municipalities, government agencies and consulting firms attended part one of the certification program on June 16-17 in Stockholm, Sweden.
