Stig Zandrén
Stig
Zandrén is an OD consultant and associated with Ander
& Lindström Partners. Stig works as trainer and facilitator of
personal growth, group and leadership development programs. He is also
active in projects for social and emotional learning in schools and in
the area of integration and diversity. As project leader and specialist
in logistics Stig has a wide experience from designing and implementing
change projects in many Swedish and international organizations. He has
for more than 20 years done management training in a program for developing
countries. He is a certified trainer of The Human Element, an
application of the FIRO theory, as developed by Will Schutz, the originator
of the theory.
