Get certified in using The Four Rooms of Change The Four Rooms of Change in Schools Program in Australia Takes Another StepThursday, March 15, 2012, the Teacher Learning Network hosted a Get to Know the Four Rooms of Change in Schools event. The morning was spent introducing curious teachers, headmasters, educators, psychologist and consultants to the Four Rooms of Change concept. The group was guided through the process of constructing the theory out of their own experiences by Drusilla Copeland of A&L Partners AB and Mike Cook of Clarion Learning Pty Ltd. Then in the afternoon teachers from three of the schools that participated in the 2011 Pilot Program shared their experiences with the group. The second certification group in AustraliaMelbourne, Victoria Australia - Four Rooms of Change® Certification Part III - The second certification group in Australia met November 29 - 30 2011 to complete the classroom work related to becoming certified to use the Four Rooms of Change theory, model and associated tools. The Participants met Wednesday, November 30 2011 to consider and mutually agree with the Certification Program Management Team their next steps along the Four Rooms of Change journey.
User Forum 2011The Four Rooms of Change Annual User Forum was convened in Stockholm Sweden on September 7-9, 2011. The Four Rooms of Change moves into the classroomThe usage of the Four Rooms of Change is intensifying in Australian schools. The project where we have trained teachers in the Four Rooms of Change is now making impression in the classroom. Here are students in The Victorian School Project having a language lesson where the teacher is incorporating the words that the students have populated the Four Rooms of Change with to write stories about how they are feeling.
Victoria School Project Workshop, day 2A number of primary and secondary schools in Victoria, Australia are now ready management wise to start up implementation of the Four Rooms of Change development work – including the classroom application, the Children's Four Rooms. Four Rooms of Change pilot school project now launches in AustraliaKarin Morrison of Independent Schools Victoria and Michael Victory of Teacher Learning Network. The Teacher Learning Network Vic. (TLN) and Independent Schools Victoria collaborates in launching a pilot school development project in Victoria. The project will be running from December 2010 through 2011 and will be researched, monitored and quality controlled by a steering committee of different stake holders. The project was officially launched on December 2010 when seven groups of school management representatives met to try out a number of Four Rooms of Change key tools and to learn more about the theory invented by Claes Janssen, Ph.D., a Swedish psychologist, researcher and author. The workshop that is going on until December 3rd is delivered by Drusilla Copeland and Bengt Lindstrom of A&L AB.
Four Rooms of Change certification in FinlandTen people starts their Four Rooms of Change certification process on November 26 through 27 in Helsinki, Finland. The program is convened by Harry Johansson of Brainwork Oy and Bengt Lindström, A&L AB.
The Four Rooms of Change in Australian schoolsOn September 16, 2010, a group of 20 School professionals met in the facilities of Teachers Learning Network, TLN in Melbourne, Australia. The aim of the half day meeting was to get to know the Four Rooms of Change and more specifically its school applications. Mike Cook of Clarion Learning Ltd introduced the group to the theory and Bengt Lindstrom of A&L AB described the developments of Claes and Ulla Janssen and the experiences of more than 10 years of use in schools in Scandinavia. A video presentation of Heini Bargum teacher at Rekolanmäki School in Vantaa, Finland, where she shared her experiences of using the Children's Four Rooms in her class of eight-year olds was also presented. Four Rooms of Change certification in Australia
On September 13-14, Part 2 of the Four Rooms of Change certification program is going on in Melbourne, Australia. The participants have successfully used the theory and the tools in countries such as Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australia. Part 3 will take place in December this year. Here are some pictures from the third day when one of the highlights was Eva Amundsdotter telling the story of her research project on gender equality that led to the thesis Att framkalla och förändra ordningen (To develop and change the order of things). In the research the Four Rooms of Change was used as the main development fluid. Her partners in the research project was Birthe Josephsson, Kommunal and Søren Holm, Mastercoach Sweden. All three are certified users of the Four Rooms of Change.
The Children's Four Rooms of ChangeAt the brink of Sodertalje Canal Astrid Bergfors (L back), Marie-Therese "Fiffi" Mellström (L front), Bengt Lindström (R back) and Eva Widegren (R front) met to further the development of the work methodology, the classroom kit and the family kit, all connected to the Four Rooms of Change in Schools Project, developed in Sweden some ten years ago. It was a strikingly beautiful summer day which was concluded through lunch and increased clarity around the teachers' trainings that are coming up during the fall and winter. Ten experienced Four Rooms of Change users are being trained in the practical applications of the Team Barometer. This session is followed up by a session in November of 2010.
The 40th Swedish Four Rooms of Change certification program started in Stockholm on June 14 through 15. 18 participants gathered from all corners of the country to study, learn, practice and use the basic toolkit developed by Claes Janssen and A&L AB. This program will be finished in mid January 2011.
The participants come from small and medium sized consulting companies as well as from organizations like the Church of Sweden, Swedbank, Trygghetsradet and Karolinska university hospital. The program is managed by Eva Widegren and Bengt Lindstrom of A&L AB in collaboration with the originator Claes Janssen.

On May 28th the Four Rooms of Change User Forum of the western region of Sweden met at Eva P. Svensson's residence in Onsala. The meeting was managed as an Open Space Technology meeting with the theme The Four Rooms of Change – opportunities and challenges. The users created the agenda together and selfmanaged tha workload of the day. And they experienced a wonderful day together.

Thursday evening, March 18, 2010, Drusilla Copeland and Bengt Lindstrom of A&L AB and Mike Cook of Clarion Learning LTD met with a group of parents at the St. Leonard's College in Brighton a suburb of Melbourne to introduce them to the Four Rooms of Change in schools. Mike Cook explained the theory, the movement, the borders and the doors. Bengt Lindstrom told the story of how Ulla Janssen developed the process. Wednesday, March 17, 2010, Drusilla Copeland, Bengt Lindstrom of A&L AB, and Mike Cook of Clarion Learning met with around 15 education professionals in a Getting to know the Four Rooms of Change in schools half day event. As with any other group trying to get to know the Four Rooms of Change we started by building the theory together out of the groups own experiences, Mike Cook lead this portion of the event. After that Bengt Lindstrom shared with the group how the process of working with children in the classroom was developed and implemented by Ulla Janssen at Vasaskolan in Strangnas, Sweden. Next, Drusilla Copeland shared with the group what has been happening in schools in Sweden and Finland. There were many thoughtful questions and interest in finding a way to bring the Four Rooms of Change in Schools program to schools in Melbourne Victoria and possibly others states in Australia. The workshop generated plans for several new meetings.

The Four Rooms of Change Group a company within A&L AB of Stockholm, Sweden in collaboration with Clarion Learning Pty LTD would like to announce the convening of the first Four Rooms of Change Certification Program in the Asian-Pacific. March 15 – 16 2010, consultants from Melbourne, Hong Kong and Singapore gathered with Drusilla Copeland and Bengt Lindstrom to learn Claes Janssen Ph.D. theory about change the two different ways of approaching life. The group also learned how to work with two of the fundamental and foundational tools associated with the theory. The members are now on their way to becoming certified users of the Four Rooms of Change theory and its associated tools.

On Friday October 23rd, the popular Get-to-know-the-Four-Rooms-of-Change-workshop was carried through in Skara, a city in western Sweden, with a total of 14 participants representing a a very broad variety of work environments. Ingrid and Jon Ullberg, OD Consultants from Mångfald i Vinköl organized the workshop together with Bengt Lindstrom from A&L. On September 9-11, 2009, some 90 Four Rooms of Change users gathered for the annual User Forum meeting and learning exchange in Stockholm. The meeting started out with eight presentations of uses of the Four Rooms of Change in different environments. Among them:
