The Four Rooms of Change in Finland

In Finland we have recently started collaborating with Edia Oy to market the Four Rooms of Change as well as Future Search. Two key persons, Katariina Benedetti and Tuija Arola, of Edia is currently (winter of 2007/2008) taking the certification program for the Four Rooms of Change.

The first public introduction of the Four Rooms of Change Theory and Tools took place in Helsinki on November 6th and was managed by Tuija and Katariina. Participants were a number of HR professionals from different companies and public services in Finland.

The first Four Rooms of Change Certification Program in Finland is planned to start with part 1 (of 3) in Helsinki on May 27 through 28. The program will be a collaboration between Edia and Ander & Lindström Partners.
