Management Barometer
The Management Barometer is designed to increase the self-awareness of
the management system in the organization. It combines the Organization
Barometer, Robert Dahl's principles of democracy, D. McGregor theories
X/Y and M. Kets de Vries theories about the psycho-dynamics of organizations
and leadership.
