Team Barometer
Team building, conflict resolution, improved working relations, how does
a group of people working together ever learn enough about themselves
how they behave in groups and how that behavior is influenced by the group
and contributes to what happens in the group. This assessment is designed
to give insight into individual and group behavior. It is a psychological
map. It is a combination of the Organization Barometer and Wilfred Bion's
theory of groups (also known as the Tavistock tradition or A.K. Rice Institute).
